Production automation · for a marketing agency
Grafička automatizacija
Producing a print flyer dropped from half an hour of manual work to under three minutes: a Figma plugin, spreadsheet import and automated FOGRA39 print preparation.

The task
The agency needed a hundred flyers for different businesses, with input arriving messily by email and messages. Each flyer was made by hand in Figma, so the same mistake repeated itself and print preparation was never consistent.
Approach
- 01
A Figma plugin that drops the business name, headline, contacts, logo and background image into a chosen template — the designer stays the owner of the layout, only the content changes.
- 02
Spreadsheet import: rows from a Google Sheet become the input for batch-generating dozens of flyers at once.
- 03
A spelling and consistency check over the extracted text before anything goes to print, reporting what it found instead of silently editing.
- 04
Automatic CMYK conversion against the Coated FOGRA39 profile, with TrimBox and BleedBox set for a 55 × 83 mm format with 3 mm bleed and embedded fonts.
- 05
Separate client output: a JPG without bleed for approval before print, the CMYK PDF only after approval.
Result
A text change the client asks for no longer goes through a developer — the designer makes it and regenerates the flyer in under a minute. Print preparation errors disappeared, because the specification stopped being something to remember and became a script.
