eRačun Semafor
A free readiness check for Croatian Fiscalisation 2.0. Thirteen questions through a deterministic rule set produce a report with deadlines, owners and the article of law behind every claim.

The task
In Croatia the obligation to receive and fiscalise eInvoices has applied since 1 January 2026, including for non-VAT taxpayers — and most small businesses are unaware. A tool that explains this cannot be wrong and cannot invent an obligation, because the report gets forwarded to an accountant.
Approach
- 01
Every regulatory claim is verified against a primary source with the date it was checked; none is written from memory.
- 02
The compliance decision is made by a pure, tested rule set — the same answers always produce the same report. No language model sits in the path of a legal claim, because the report has to stand up in front of an accountant.
- 03
The report lives on its own URL, with no account and no email required, so the owner can forward or print it.
- 04
A separate page written for accounting offices, because one office covers fifty to two hundred small taxpayers.
- 05
If the check comes out green, nothing is sold — false urgency would kill the channel that is worth more than any single engagement.
Result
The tool is live and free. It does three jobs at once: it is useful on its own, it proves competence, and it qualifies the conversation that follows.
